I never thought I would see the day when a household service engineer (plumber, electrician, roofer etc) went out of his way to try and SAVE me money, but that's exactly what Ray at R&D did the other day. I had a major electrical failure and rather than charge me an exorbitant call-out charge, then an hourly fee, he talked me through a quick remedy over the phone. He then came out to double-check everything was safe. A rare breed in today's world. Brilliant service.

BRILLIANT service! In the middle of the Christmas holidays my power circuits collapsed and I called Ray asking for help. He returned my call immediately despite being on his Christmas break, asked for details of the problem and talked me through on the phone until it was resolved. And he wouldn't accept my offer of payment! I was fortunate to find an electrician who is still prepared to provide friendly, quality service. What a find!
